Ministry of Railways to issue 20 billion yuan short-term financing bonds

The Ministry of Railways will issue short-term financing bonds worth 20 billion yuan on May 11, 2010. The issue term of the short-term bonds is 365 days.
According to the announcement by the Ministry of Railways, funds raised by these bonds will be used for purchase of railway locomotives, railway construction and cash flow in the operating process.
