Transnational Companies to Actively Deal with China Earthquake

Recently, Research Center on Transnational Corporations of MOFCOM and Beijing New Century Academy on Transnational Corporations jointly organized a talkfest on “transnational corporations actively deal with China earthquake”.

Department of Foreign Investment Administration of MOFCOM, National Disaster Reduction Center of China, United Nations Global Compact, IBM, Nokia and other over 20 transnational companies, as well as representatives from more than 10 mainstream media, including the 21st Century Economy and International Business Daily, attended the talkfest.

Transnational companies said that under the powerful leadership of Chinese government they would play their advantages and positive role in earthquake relief and reconstruction.
