There are no changes concerning corporate finance and entry into chamber of commerce. Joint-ventured foreign trade companies shall implement the laws and regulations of the State concerning finance, accounting and statistics, and shall submit financial, accounting and statistical statements to the local competent authorities concerned as scheduled. Joint-ventured foreign trade companies shall comply with Chinese laws and regulations, subject to the jurisdiction of Chinese laws and regulations, and their legal rights and interests shall be protected by Chinese laws and regulations. Joint-ventured foreign trade companies that are found violation with Chinese laws and regulations shall be prosecuted in accordance with laws and regulations concerned.
