When applying for registration of venture investment enterprises, applicants shall submit the following documents to the registration authority, and be responsible for the authenticity and validity of these documents: The applications for registration signed by chairmen or persons in charge of the joint management committees of the venture investment enterprises; the contracts, the articles of associations and the documents and certificates of approval issued by the approving authority; the certificates of legal operations or identification papers of the investors; the certificates of credit status of the investors; the documents of appointment and the identification papers of legal representatives; the filing documents of directors and executives of the enterprises; the previous notices of the names of the enterprises; and the supporting documents of the offices or business venues of the enterprises.

When applying for establishment of non-corporate venture investment enterprises, the applicants shall also submit the articles of association and partnership agreement of the required overseas investors. If some of the investors are those described in Article 7 (4) of the Regulations on the Administration of Foreign-invested Venture Investment Enterprises, the applicants shall also submit the warranties issued by their affiliates ensuring that the affiliates shall assume joint responsibilities for the agreed investment in proportion to the interests and rights of the applicants in the enterprises.　　

The above-mentioned documents shall be made in Chinese, and standard Chinese versions shall be provided if these documents are made in foreign languages.

Applications for any alterations to the registration of the venture investment enterprises shall be filed with the origin registration authority. Corporate venture investment enterprises approved by the registration authority shall be given the Corporate Business Licenses, while non-corporate venture investment enterprises approved by the registration authority shall be given the Business License, which shall clearly state the total investment subscribed by investors of the non-corporate venture investment enterprises and the names of the required investors.
