There is no change. Companies and enterprises from Hong Kong SAR, Macao SAR and Taiwan region that join hands with the companies and enterprises in the Chinese mainland to set up joint-ventured foreign trade companies shall comply with the Interim Methods for Establishment of Chinese-Foreign Joint-Ventured Foreign Trade Companies.
