There is no change in this aspect. Joint-ventured foreign trade companies shall pay tax in accordance with the relevant tax laws, regulations and decrees of the State, and shall enjoy tax refund (exemption) treatment for their exports in accordance with the relevant tax laws, regulations and decrees of the State.
