Persons in charge of the offices for operation and management in venture investment enterprises and persons in charge of venture investment management enterprises shall, if found conducting operations that infringe on regulations, be investigated for administrative or economic responsibility, and be prohibited from continuing to engage in venture investment and related investment management activities in case of serious circumstances.
