The required investors shall not withdraw their investment from the venture investment enterprises during the contract period. Such withdrawal under special circumstances shall be agreed to by other investors whose investment in the enterprises accounts for over 50 per cent of the total investment, and the nterests and rights involved shall be transferred to the new investors required by the required investors described in Article 7 of the Regulations on the Administration of the Foreign-invested Venture Investment Enterprises. In addition, corresponding revisions shall be made to the contract and articles of associations of the venture investment enterprises, and shall be submitted to the approving authority for approval.

Other investors' transfer of the subscribed investment or contributed investment shall be made in conformity with the terms and conditions in the contracts for the venture investment enterprises, and the transferee shall be the investors that meet the qualifications for the establishment of venture investment enterprises.

When non-cooperate venture investment enterprises apply for alterations in registration with the registration authorities, the filing documents issued by the approving authority may substitute the corresponding documents of examination and approval. After investors of the non-corporate venture investment enterprises pay their contributions as scheduled, they shall, by presenting the investment verification reports to the original registration authorities, apply for a file on the contributed investment. In light with the investors'  actual contributed investment, the registration authorities shall fill the actual amount of investment in the Investment Column the Business License. If investors of the non-corporate venture investment enterprises fail to pay or do not pay in full the contributions beyond the ultimate time limit, the registration authorities shall impose penalty on them in accordance with the current provisions. Investors of corporate venture investment enterprises shall make investments and apply for alterations in registration in accordance with the current provisions.
