According to the Vietnam Textile Association, at present, Vietnam has 2000 textile industries, among which 500 textile industries are foreign capital enterprises including 150 textile enterprises Taiwanese businessmen invested in Vietnam.

Taiwan capital holds the majority in both the number of enterprises and total investment amount.

It was reported that Taiwan capital enterprises not only run processing export but also supply plenty of raw accessory materials such as spinning and cloth.

As was reported that Vietnam textile association all the time proactively promotes Taiwan’s enterprises to invest in projects covering textile, spinning as well as printing and dyeing to sharper the competitive edge of Vietnam textiles.
