On April 28, 2008, the Ministry of Commerce (MOFCOM) newly approved foreign-capital enterprises or newly approved for capital increase of the following foreign invested enterprises: Zhejiang C.P. Podehand Supermarket Co Ltd., International Financial Lease Co Ltd., and DowCorning (Zhangjiagang) Co, Ltd.

It was reported that the main business of the three companies are market retail, financial lease and organic chemical raw material manufacture.
