DHL Sinotrans, the leader of Chinese air express industry, recently announced that the first domestic retail flagship store in Shanghai was officially opened, marking its first solid step on the development of retail network.
Compared with the traditional dial-reservation and pick-up by door, the retail service mode will simplify the delivery process to the individual and corporate customers near the retail stores, meanwhile making them enjoy face-to-face professional services.
Wu Dong Ming, the managing director of DHL Sinotrans, said that DHL would enable more consumers to go out and quickly receive professional advisory services and thoughtful solutions; the express centre would be upgraded and transformed into a retail or supported satellite store.
