Signing ceremony of the "international investment promotion platform" project
 
The signing ceremony of the "international investment promotion platform" jointly developed by China International Electronic Commerce Center (CIECC), an investment company registered at British Virgin Islands (BVI) and Guangdong Xinshengtong Online Service (GXOS) was held at the conference hall of the Guangzhou sub-center On November 28, 2008.  Liu Junsheng, General Director of CIECC, Hu Yang, Director of Human Resources of the company, and Zhou Xiaobo, executive director of Guangzhou sub-centre, attended the singing ceremony. Yang Ge, general manager of the preparation team of the property transaction project signed the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on behalf of the company.

Liu says at the signing ceremony that, at present, the international financial crisis is still spreading; therefore, with the backdrop of the complicated domestic and international economic conditions, the building and operation of the "international investment promotion platform" is of great importance. If the platform can boost development of related industries and give birth to new growth engines, it can not only help enterprises weather the crisis but also make bigger progress in new aspects during the battle against the crisis.
