Kurt Cavano is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of TradeCard, Inc., a technology and services firm that has automated the procurement process for corporations from order through settlement. He has held this position since January 1999.

Mr. Cavano has grown TradeCard from a startup to an established company with offices throughout the United States, Asia and representation in Brussels forging key partnerships in the banking, credit card, insurance, inspection, and logistics industries.  Under Cavano's leadership, TradeCard has evolved from a stand-alone software application to an internationally launched, web-based B2B fulfillment and settlement network and has more than 800 corporate customers in two dozen countries processing billions of dollars in purchase orders through the TradeCard network.

At TradeCard, in addition to his responsibilities as chairman and CEO, he works with large corporates on optimizing their business processes through the wide range of solutions offered by the TradeCard service. A former Vice President at American Management Systems in charge of the Corporate Banking Practice, Mr. Cavano has over 20 years of industry experience. He holds a Master of Business Administration degree in Computer Applications and Information Systems from New York University, and a Bachelor of Science degree from Pennsylvania State University.
