Mr. Luo Licheng graduated form Tsinghua University with Bachelor degree and received Master degree from China Academy of Science. He has almost 20 years of industry experience in the research and application of software, computer science, system engineering and soft science.

Since he Joined Legend Group in August 1990, Mr. Luo took management posts successively in the evaluation center, quality control center, tech-service center, Legend Network Engineering Co., Ltd. and Legend Telecommunication Company.

He won the individual contribution awards twice in 1998 and 1999 due to his outstanding work. In early 2000, Mr. Luo joined the 4th business department of the former Legend System Integration Company as general manager and under his leadership, the department outperformed in sales in the 2000 fiscal year and was rewarded for the “Golden Bull Award of 2000”.

Mr. Luo is currently the vice general manager of Digital China hardware department and the general manager of the system integration department and takes charge of the sales management.
