Mr. Dai Dingyi was born in Shanghai on 10 August 1947. He is vice president of China Federation of Logistics and Purchansing , and also vice director of China Technial Committee of Logistics Standard.

He graduated from Graduated School of China Social Science Academy in 1984 and got master degree in the field of quantity economics. He is a specialist in market information system and logislics information system. He won the state stipend by the government as an outstanding  specialist.
