Justin Yue Joined Tradelink Electronic Commerce Limited as Chief Executive Officer in Aug. 1996. Mr. Yue has abundant management experience which substantially guides Tradelink Electronic Commerce Limited to promote its electronic trade service.

Yue started to serve in the former Commission of Industry and Commerce under Hong Kong government in 1968, and then promoted to vice commissioner of Trade commission and was in charge of negotiating bilateral agreements concerning restricted textile with other countries.

Yue left Hong Kong government in 1985 and then joined Yongnan Garments as a director. Later he was appointed as the executive director and managed operations which included large-scale investment projects and plant building in South China and Burma .
